Today our PE session will be about step dancing.
As I mentioned before, dancing is a very important phisical activity for everybody, specially for kids! It's a great way for them to express their body language, relieve their stress and improve their movements control like flexibility, cordination and more..
Step dancing is a great way to combine all of those parameters!
Make sure that you start the activity with some articular mobilization.
If you don't have a step or something similar you can use a small towel on the floor and accomplish this exercises in the same way.
After this session, you can take some ideas from the video and create your own choreography!
