Hello! Welcome everybody to our first PE session! I'm happy to see you here!
Today we are going to work on our flexibility with some stretching exercises.
Make sure that if any of these exercises will be too hard for you or painfull somehow, do not force it too much! Pay attention to the stance on each exercise and do not forget to take a nice controlled breathe.
