Animator applications are now open for summer 2026!

The deadline for applying is 1st of March 2026 at 23:59 CET.

The staff selection will be made around Naw Ruz and you will get an email back from us on whether
you have been selected.

The selection process for TFP takes many things into consideration; in addition to reviewing the
quality of your application, we also need to create teams which have a balance of personalities,
talents and qualities, and a diversity of age, gender and nationality. If you are not selected this year,
we always encourage you to apply again in the future.

 

NOTE: This year we ask both returning and new applicants to record a video of themselves, so make
sure to read the application form ahead of time to prepare your videos. The video requirements can be found in the application form and are as follows:

Please submit a video recording (max 5 min) of yourself answering the following questions:

1. Who are you and how would you describe your spiritual journey so far?

2. What does success look like in a community?

​

Please submit your answers to both questions in the form of one video with a maximum length of 5 minutes. We would encourage you in your efforts to focus on the substance of your answers rather than the format/editing of the video.
