Hello everyone!
Today's PE session is all about having fun! We are going to play games!
I'm going to propose you 2 different games, but both of them really funny.
The first game is called "Bocce Ball". This game can be played with some other ball's that you probably have at home. (e.g. tennis ball's) This game requires your concentration and accuracy, and it can be played with more participants (which makes the game more funny). You can decide how many balls you want to play with, but my reccomendation is to play with 2 or 3 just.
Below you can find a link where you can see better how Bocce Ball is played.
The second game is called "Twister", and it's a great game to have a lot of fun and at the same time to train flexibility and core!
In case you don't have this game, I challenge you to create your own Twister game!
All you need is:
- 2 dices. (you can create it by yourself. If you dont know how to draw and built a cube just check this links: origami version - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EDbTe18Od9U
paper cur version - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-0bbAfOuh-M )
After conceive the cubes: 1st cube, you should choose 4 colors and paint 1 face of the cube with each color, and the last 2 faces you can create your own rules (e.g. in one face you can write down the rule that you can choose which color do you want, and in the last empty face, other participant can choose the color for you);
2nd cube, you can write or draw: "Left foot", "right foot", "left hand", "right hand" in each face of the dice and in the last 2 free faces you can choose your own rule, like you did in the first cube (e.g. head, elbow, knee...)
- 4 x 5 pieces of clothes. (e.g.: 5 pieces of red clothes + 5 pieces of green clothes + 5 pieces of yellow clothes +5 pieces of blue clothes)
Important, do not forget to match your clothes colors with the colors you chose in the dice!
Finally, you just need to place on the floor 4 lines with that colors you chose, roll the dices and put your feet or hands in the color you got! And of course, have a lot of fun!
Below you can find a link where you can see better how it's done:
I would like to see how you played these games, so I ask you to take a picture or film it and send me.
Hope you will enjoy your session!
