After weeks of rehearsals and preparations, the cast and crew put on a wonderful and absurd performance this evening of “Alice Through the Looking Glass,” by Lewis Carrol. Mr. Sabri, who directed the performance, described the efforts: “This year the Drama Club chose very early to put on an adaptation of the fantasy/nonsense story, ‘Alice Through the Looking Glass’. From the start it felt like the actors were made for their parts even though the process of developing their characters, rehearsing scenes and contributing to the construction and painting of the set posed challenges that they had not expected to encounter. It has been a real joy to work with them as they invent and innovate and take over their very zany roles.”
